Types of messages
MyRobotBuddy sends two kinds of text messages:
- Conversational assistant replies, sent only in response to a message you send us first; and
- Alerts you have specifically requested, which may include stock/market alerts where that feature applies to your account, sent only after you have explicitly opted in (for example, by texting START).
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Reply HELP for help.

No guarantee of delivery or timing
Carrier and network conditions can delay or prevent delivery of any text message. We do not guarantee that any message, including a time-sensitive alert, will arrive at any particular time or at all.
