SMS Terms & Consent
MyRobotBuddy is the sender of the SMS/text messages described on this page.
How you can receive messages from MyRobotBuddy
There are two separate ways you may receive a text message from MyRobotBuddy, and each has its own consent basis:
- One-to-one conversation. If you text MyRobotBuddy’s number first, you are consenting to receive replies within that specific conversation. We will not use that conversation to enroll you in any recurring alert program.
- Recurring alerts (opt-in required). Recurring alerts, including requested stock/market alerts, are only sent to numbers that have explicitly opted in — for example, by texting START to the MyRobotBuddy number, or through another explicit opt-in control if one is offered. You will never be enrolled in recurring alerts automatically.
What you’re agreeing to
By opting in to recurring alerts (or by starting a one-to-one conversation, for replies within that conversation), you agree to receive:
- Conversational assistant replies to messages you send, and
- Alerts you have specifically requested, which may include stock/market alerts where that feature applies to your account.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP.
